My practice centers on making complexity navigable for teams trying to align, for stakeholders trying to decide, and for users trying to accomplish something that matters. I work across strategy, facilitation, and design, staying hands-on throughout.

I’m versed in Agile and Double Diamond methodologies, and I draw on both depending on what the problem calls for. My process is iterative by nature:
